Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Title Processor, located in Clarksville, TN. The Title Processor will be responsible for managing and processing real estate transactions, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete, coordinating with various parties involved, and facilitating smooth closings. Day-to-day tasks include preparing title commitments, reviewing title searches, resolving title issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Effective Communication skills and exceptional Customer Service abilities
- Experience with Escrow processes and Notary certification
- Basic Accounting knowledge
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in relevant computer software and tools
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Preferred experience: 2 years in title or mortgage related field
