Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing insurance team. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, hold an active Property & Casualty (P&C) license, and enjoy helping clients while identifying opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to existing and prospective clients
- Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, claims support, and coverage reviews
- Cross-sell and recommend additional insurance products based on customer needs
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet agency goals
Qualifications:
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required
- Previous customer service experience required
- Insurance agency experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Comfortable with sales and cross-selling opportunities
Compensation & Benefits:
