• Negotiate policy terms, premiums, and coverage details to secure optimal solutions for clients while meeting company objectives
• Manage sales administration tasks such as policy documentation and customer records
• Utilize marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain current ones, enhancing overall business growth
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining policy features, and resolving issues promptly

Experience

• Valid P&C insurance license with proven experience in insurance sales or retail sales environments
• Demonstrated success in outside sales, telemarketing, or related customer acquisition roles
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and persuasively
• Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client populations effectively
• Excellent communication skills combined with a proactive attitude toward customer service excellence
