📍 Swampscott, MA | Full-Time | $125K–$175K Base Bonus

The Role

We’re looking for a senior-level Estimator ready to lead from the front. You’ll own bids from start to finish, set pricing strategy, and directly influence the projects we pursue as we grow. Projects range from $250K to $5M across public and select private markets. This is a leadership-track role offering autonomy, impact, and long-term opportunity to shape the estimating function.

What You’ll Do

• Lead estimating & preconstruction efforts
• Prepare takeoffs, scopes, pricing & bids
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Maintain profitability targets and present strategies to leadership
• Manage the bid calendar and ensure timely submissions

What You Bring

• 5 years estimating experience in GC/commercial construction
• Knowledge of MA public bidding (MGL c.149, c.30, DCAMM)
• Strong background in lump-sum competitive bids
• Proficient in Bluebeam, Excel, and estimating software
• Organized, analytical, and confident communicator
