Car Sales Executive – Pre-Owned Dealership (100 Unit Inventory)

What We’re Looking For
- Strong closers with a proven ability to convert

- Professional, well-spoken, and reliable
- Efficient with time, follow-ups, and managing their pipeline
- Experience in automotive sales is preferred, but high-caliber sales talent from other industries will be considered
Responsibilities
- Greet customers, build rapport, and guide them through the buying process
- Conduct test drives and present vehicles confidently
- Manage leads effectively using our CRM
- Follow up with prospects and past customers
- Work with management to structure strong, win-win deals
- Maintain professionalism on the lot and in the showroom
Compensation
This is a commission-only role with an aggressive, accelerated pay structure designed for top producers. The more you close, the more you earn—no caps, no limits.
