What are the responsibilities and job description for the Backwaiter position at Massara?
Massara is a southern Italian restaurant from the owners of Rezdôra. The restaurant was founded by CIA grad chef Stefano Secchi and entrepreneur David Switzer and we are located in the Flatiron district of New York City.
We are currently looking for a passionate support staff who loves Italian food, wine, cocktails and culture to join our team.
We believe in a ‘whole house’ mentality and we expect all departments, both front & back of house to support and motivate each other to achieve our goal of guest satisfaction.

- 2 years of support staff experience in fine dining

- Experience with fine dining steps of service
- Excellent dining room operations and knowledge, including steps of service
- Self-starter with capacity to follow through on tasks

Compensation: Hourly ($10.65) plus tips
