What are the responsibilities and job description for the LMSW - 25+ caseload W-2, FFS in Jericho, New York position at Massapequa Counseling?

We are looking for a [W-2, fee-for-service with benefits] LMSW to work in our group practice in Jericho, NY. We are currently looking to hire a therapist who will carry a caseload of 25 clients. We are primarily looking to fill as much of our remaining office space as possible, but you will be able to see as many clients during the week as you want via telehealth in addition to your office hours, with a total minimum of 25 sessions/week.
We have a warm family feel in our group practice. We will provide weekly 1:1 supervision and weekly group supervision. We try to foster a collaborative atmosphere that emphasizes support, self-care, and growth/learning.
As we know that FFS is higher risk/higher reward payment structure than an hourly or salaried position, we offer the ability to accrue PTO as well as pay our clinicians for any late cancel/no-show for which we collect a fee. We also offer Healthcare Pay (an appointments/week-based bonus system) and a 401(k) with employer matching. We are always looking to improve the position and make things better for our employees.
Pay:
$43-49/session - depending on experience

We are looking to fill as much of our remaining office space as possible, so candidates who can take more of our available spots have an advantage.
Additional office space is able to be claimed as it becomes available, and our employees can schedule their remote clients whenever they want on WFH days.
