We are seeking an enthusiastic Physical Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team of skilled health care professionals at our skilled nursing facility in Amityville!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide rehabilitation services and complete Evaluations/Screens.
- Develop and improve the skills needed for the daily functioning of residents.
- Accurately completes and documents all treatment procedures and functional mobility tasks in a timely manner.
- Provide education on selected treatment procedures and functional activities to patients, their families, and other healthcare providers.
- Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Hold licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of New York
