Job Summary
Position requires a motivated and energetic individual to represent our team as a Mountain Sports Intern. This position will involve a combination of marketing, customer service, and administrative tasks within a dynamic ski resort environment. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, phone etiquette, computer proficiency, and a strong understanding of ski area and resort operations. Must be able to work independently and within a group setting; candidates with ski, snowboard, and/or bike experience are preferred.

- Assist in the planning, promotion, and execution of special events at the ski resort
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure events are well-promoted across various
- platforms
- Provide excellent customer service to resort guests, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally
- Engage with resort industry professionals and resources to gather valuable information on ski industry best practices through informal conversations
- Contribute to the development of e-commerce product offerings, enhancing the online experience for customers
- Work closely with the marketing team to optimize product visibility and sales through online channels
- Other duties assigned by management
