Job Summary
Responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests including greeting guests and providing them seating, silverware, and menus. Also responsible maintaining supply of clean menus and rolled silverware, answering phones and providing information about the resort and surrounding areas. Must be able to upholding company safety and sanitation policies.
Required
Excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette
Excellent communication skills
Must be at least 16
Preferred
Previous restaurant experience
Basic computer and tablet skills
Typical Schedule
Days:
Schedule varies including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Hours:
Varied hours depending on hours of operations and business demands
Core Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a pleasant and timely manner
- Maintain organized and steady flow of guest distribution using established floor plan provided by management
- Complete assigned tasks including wrapping silverware, cleaning windows, cleaning floors and carpets, filling and stocking condiments
- Answer phones and answer general guest questions
- Maintain a clean and organized service and work area
- Other duties as assigned by management
