Job Summary
The Family Adventure Park is a team-oriented culture full of outdoor enthusiasts. Supervisors at the Family Adventure Park oversee the day-to-day operations of the events and must have strong leadership, communication, organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Candidates must be at least 21 years old, must be comfortable working at heights, and must have a good driving record. Adherence to safety protocols and a willingness to learn is essential to success in this position. Prior industry experience, prior supervisory experience, and experience working at the Family Adventure Park is preferred.

Core Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operation of the park, monitor employee performance, and provide feedback for improvement
- Assist in the training, mentorship and development of the front-line team
- Oversee and promote quality assurance in order to exceed guest expectations; address guest needs and concerns as they arise
- Be technically proficient in all aspects of the operation
- Other duties as assigned by management
