Looking for an AMAZING, Friendly Front Desk Sales Associate to join our team in our Beautiful and relaxing Spa! Must be Driven, Self-starter, that is friendly, and excels in sales and Customer Service!
Base Pay: $16 an hour, PLUS COMMISSIONS, BONUSES & RESIDUALS!

We are seeking out enthusiastic, team-oriented individuals who are passionate about customer service and sales. We are looking for someone who is committed to focusing on and excelling in the following duties for this entry-level role:
- Greeting and warmly welcoming our clients.
- Building client loyalty by providing excellent customer service.
- Promoting and representing MassageLuXe in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
- Learning and understanding all Spa services and product lines.
- Selling appropriate services and products by utilizing your knowledge to give advice.
- Signing clients on as members by providing them with the program that suits their needs and that is the best value for them.
- Upholding MassageLuXe standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Scheduling and confirming appointments.
- Maintaining a positive, upbeat, welcoming atmosphere in the Spa for both clients and other team members.
- Generate new clientele through grassroots marketing promoting.
Are you qualified?
- Must be able to maintain a consistently pleasant and professional attitude and demeanor.
- Must be goal oriented and motivated to hit daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
- Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with clients, management, and staff members.
- Sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
- Able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
