MassageLuXe is looking for professional, reliable, and guest-focused Licensed Massage Therapists to join our spa team. We are seeking therapists who are passionate about helping clients feel their best, providing excellent service, and building long-term client relationships through personalized massage therapy.

Part-time schedules are available, with full-time opportunities considered for therapists who demonstrate strong reliability, guest satisfaction, and consistent availability.

Responsibilities

- Perform professional massage therapy services based on each guest’s needs, preferences, and wellness goals.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism, guest care, communication, draping, sanitation, and treatment-room conduct.
- Customize sessions using approved massage techniques and modalities within your licensed scope of practice.
- Educate guests on the benefits of regular massage therapy and available enhancements when appropriate.
- Complete required service notes and documentation accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and assigned work areas.
- Follow all MassageLuXe policies, procedures, sanitation standards, and professional boundary expectations.
- Communicate effectively with front desk and management regarding guest needs, schedule changes, service concerns, and treatment notes.
- Support a positive team environment and contribute to an excellent guest experience.

Qualifications

- Active Nevada Massage Therapist license in good standing. The Nevada State Board of Massage Therapy provides license verification as the state’s primary source verification.
- Strong knowledge of massage techniques, anatomy, contraindications, and professional standards.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- High level of professionalism, ethics, and integrity.
- Ability to maintain appropriate boundaries and follow draping and treatment-room policies at all times.
- Reliable attendance and commitment to scheduled shifts.
- Ability to perform hands-on massage services for scheduled appointments.
- Previous spa, membership-based, or franchise experience is helpful but not required.
