We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team 10-20 hours per week. We have two locations so we need flexibility to fill in at either location. Reliable transportation is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently
- Schedule and manage client appointments
- Check clients in and out in a friendly, customer-focused manner
- Maintain cleanliness through laundry and general upkeep tasks
- Manage room assignments and make adjustments to ensure therapists are scheduled properly
- Promote and sell memberships (bonuses available for successful sales)
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing schedules
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to work at either location
- Ability to sell memberships
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly pay of $13.00 $15.00, based on experience
