Massage Therapist, LMT

Massage Strong is hiring Licensed Massage Therapists for our Manchester Street location in the heart of the Distillery District as well as our Brannon Crossing location in Nicholasville's Brannon Crossing Shopping Center.

This position is perfect for therapists who want to do meaningful work, stay busy, make great money, and help clients move and feel better again.

Massage Strong is not a spa. We specialize in results-driven therapeutic massage focused on pain relief, mobility, recovery, and functional movement. Our clients come to us because they want real results.

Pay:

Starting pay for new hire LMTs is $30 per service hour additional pay from add-ons and commission opportunities.

Full pay for no-show clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality therapeutic massage focused on pain relief, mobility, and recovery
• Customize sessions based on client needs and goals
• Educate clients on treatment plans, maintenance, and recovery recommendations
• Maintain accurate and professional session notes
• Selling memberships and rebooking
• Create a welcoming and professional treatment environment
• Work collaboratively with the Massage Strong team to create an exceptional client experience
• Maintain treatment room cleanliness and organization
• Continue developing skills and clinical knowledge through training and education

Qualifications

• Active Kentucky Massage Therapy License
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping people feel and function better
• Ability to perform deep tissue and therapeutic massage techniques
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality care
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
• Experience in deep tissue, sports massage, injury treatment, or mobility work is a plus but not required
