Massage Heights and Facial Spa is a national franchise that specializes in massage and facials. We are seeking a Spa associate to join our vibrant team as a Spa Sales Associate and become the welcoming face of our Spa experience!

Duties
- Greet clients warmly and provide personalized assistance to enhance their spa experience
- Meet membership sales goals
- Upsell spa packages, skincare products, and wellness treatments to maximize client satisfaction and sales opportunities
- Have excellent customer service to members and guests, while building relationships that last
- Capable of working flexible hours
- Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients
- Bring a positive and energetic attitude
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents
- Perform various other duties as assigned
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the spa environment remains inviting, clean, and well-maintained
- Follow all safety procedures and adhere to health standards relevant to retail operations in a wellness setting
Skills
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles, preferably within a Spa or health/wellness environment
- Skilled in upselling techniques to maximize revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Excellent phone etiquette coupled with outstanding communication skills for engaging clients both in person and over the phone
- Must be exceptionally organized and have great attention to detail
- Must be a strong team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership capabilities in a retail setting is a plus
- Having a high school diploma or equivalent is required
