Our Massage Heights Body Face Retreat is located in beautiful, energetic, Crocker Park, across from the Cheesecake Factory! We are a close, caring work family, elevating the lives of Cleveland’s Westside population with therapeutic massage and facials in our upscale environment. We are looking to add a highly motivated, engaging and energetic sales professional to our team! Growth opportunities available!!
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Sales receptionist will focus on providing an EXCELLENT guest experience at Massage Heights to ensure client satisfaction. Schedule new and return appointments, enthusiastically present and educate guests on Wellness Programs, benefits of massage and skin therapy, sell gift cards and retail products. Must love interacting with the public and achieving sales goals! Create and maintain positive working relationships with Team Members. Take pride in all aspects of the job and provide a clean Retreat environment for Team Members and Guests.
QUALIFICATIONS: Sales experience required. 2 years minimum high quality customer service experience preferred. Sales Receptionist must have strong job focus and attention to details, as well as excellent written and oral communication and organizational skills. Enjoying working, being personable while serving customers is also necessary, it's easy with our delighted clients! Previous membership sales experience a plus, as is familiarity with the massage industry. Basic understanding of appointment booking software and/or Zenoti a plus! Genuine desire to learn. Positive and friendly attitude, high energy, good at multitasking and strong work ethic required. *Ability to part from your phone until break time. Available to work flexible hours and days, nights and weekends as well. If you have all of these qualifications, we'd love to hear from you!
