What You’ll Be Known For

- Driving key performance indicators through every guest interaction.
- Confidently presenting our Wellness Programs and converting guests into lifelong members.
- Increasing memberships, retention, pre-bookings, and service enhancements.
- Taking ownership of your individual performance and contributing to retreat success.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver a five-star guest experience from the first phone call through checkout.
- Build meaningful relationships with members and first-time guests.
- Educate guests on our Wellness Programs and confidently recommend memberships.
- Consistently drive key performance indicators, including:
- Membership Conversion
- Member Retention
- Pre-Booking
- Service Elevations
- Membership Growth
- Identify opportunities to save memberships and strengthen guest loyalty.
- Own every phone call with professionalism, warmth, and confidence.
- Maintain scheduling accuracy, detailed appointment notes, and seamless communication.
- Collaborate with therapists and teammates to deliver an elevated guest experience.

Schedule Expectations
- 30-35 hours per week
- 4-5 shifts each week
- Morning, evening, and weekend availability
- Open availability strongly preferred
- Reliable transportation with the ability to support Buckhead and Brookhaven when needed
Compensation & Growth

- Performance bonuses based on membership sales
- Guaranteed $1/hour pay increase every six months for eligible team members who maintain strong performance and attendance
