What You’ll Do:
- Deliver outstanding customer service by warmly welcoming clients, answering questions, and ensuring a smooth, professional front-desk experience.
- Drive sales by promoting memberships, services, and retail products that support total body care.
- Build relationships with guests and members to encourage repeat visits and retention.
- Support outreach and marketing efforts — social media experience is a big plus!
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, answering phones, and processing transactions.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment that reflects the Massage Envy commitment to care.
