Sales Associate

Massage Envy is seeking friendly and sales savvy Sales Associate to join our fast-growing, dynamic team. We have a beautiful welcoming location at Massage Envy Tracy Pavilion where we are extremely focused on building a positive team environment and a great guest experience. We offer top-of-the-line massage services as well as luxurious, results-driven skin care services.

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests - making them feel welcome, introducing them to our services, and helping them choose the membership or treatments that best support their wellness journey.

To Thrive at Massage Envy as a Sales Associate:

• You must be comfortable with sales. You’re able to connect with people, establish rapport, and confidently explain our memberships and services
• You will create an outstanding experience for clients with a friendly and helpful attitude
• You will support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• You’re motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
• You will assist in light cleaning & other administrative tasks including filing, file maintenance, and data entry

Position Requirements:

• Ability to sell our memberships and services and provide excellent customer service
• A people person who connects easily, listens well, and communicates with confidence.
• Highly service-oriented and able to communicate effectively and professionally with clients and staff
• Organized, dependable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent administration and multitasking skills
• Computer literate and comfortable with using scheduling tools
• Reliable transportation
• 18 years old
• Weekend and Evening Availability
