Membership Sales Associate

Pay: $14–$15/hour Bonuses

Are you outgoing, motivated, and passionate about sales and customer service? Massage Envy is looking for a Membership Sales Associate to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, working toward sales goals, and helping guests make wellness part of their routine.

Compensation & Incentives

• $14–$15 per hour
• Up to $20 bonus for each membership sold
• Daily and weekly sales contests
• Additional opportunities to earn incentives based on performance

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide a welcoming, professional experience
• Educate guests on Massage Envy memberships, services, and benefits
• Recommend and sell memberships based on each guest’s wellness needs
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
• Upsell services, enhancements, and retail products
• Schedule appointments and assist with guest check-in and check-out
• Process payments and transactions accurately
• Answer phones and assist guests with questions, scheduling, and account needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment
• Work collaboratively with therapists, estheticians, and other team members

Qualifications

• Previous sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable discussing memberships and asking for the sale
• Goal-oriented and motivated by bonuses and sales contests
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, professional, and guest-focused attitude
• Reliable and dependable
• Comfortable learning new systems and sales techniques
