Qualified Candidates:

• Have a minimum of 500 hours of massage therapy school and a certificate of completion
• Satisfies all licensing requirements to perform services in Alabama
• Have a passion for helping others feel their best

Day-to-Day:

• Perform quality, therapeutic bodywork that meets clients' needs
• Communicate with clients to identify their needs and set clear expectations
• Stay connected to clients throughout each session to achieve the goals of each service
• Recommend follow-up visits and additional services to help clients pursue their wellness goals

Skills

• Proven expertise in operational excellence initiatives and process improvement methodologies.
• Strong background in business development management and strategic planning.
• Extensive experience in change management within complex organizations.
• Demonstrated ability in business operations oversight, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial management.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills suited for engaging with executives at all levels.
• Leadership experience in managing large teams at the senior or executive level, including supervising managers and cross-functional teams.
• Skilled in project management tools and techniques to ensure successful program execution.
• Data-driven decision-making capabilities supported by analytical skills and operational analysis expertise.
• Knowledge of profit and loss analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Ability to lead large-scale organizational change management initiatives effectively.
