Do you have a current job where you sit with empty appointments? Because of our exceptionally strong client demand and our culture of hiring great therapists our LMTs are booked 95% of their scheduled hours. We also pay our LMTs for every no-show or late cancel.
At our spa our LMTs choose the number of hours they want to work each week, the length of their shifts, and the length of their breaks. Every massage therapist has different personal and financial needs so you can work as little as 8 hours per week - or as many as 40 hours - it's your choice.
We're an upscale clinic located on the border of Highland and Shererville. Our member demand is exceptionally strong and we're seeking passionate licensed massage therapists to join our team. *Bonus paid after 60 days. For therapists averaging 24 hands-on hours or more per week the bonus is $1,500 while hands-on hours averaging between 12 and 24 receive a $750 bonus.

Compensation:
Annual income (including average tips and incentives) for therapists working 30-35 hours per week at our location is $70,000-$85,000. Average hourly wage, including tips and incentives, ranges from $46-$53 per hands-on hour.

Qualifications:
- Qualified candidates will have completed the minimum hours of massage therapy school as well as required classroom work. New graduates are welcomed!
- Participate in continuing education to improve effectiveness.
- Be able to complete a background check with satisfactory results as a condition of employment.
- Adhere to all applicable local and state licensing laws and regulations related to the massage therapy services provided, including following any applicable law pertaining to maintaining current massage license.
- Have knowledge of and experience in performing Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage required, as well as knowledge of and experience in performing other modalities.
- Be able to perform consecutive 50 minute and 80 minutes massage therapy sessions
Communications and Personal Interactions:
- Have a strong customer service orientation.
- Possess the ability to communicate effectively (orally and written) and in a courteous and professional manner on a regular basis with members, guests, co-workers and management.
- Maintain client confidentiality.
