Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager located in Sparks, NV. The General Manager will oversee the daily operations of the franchise, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing staff, handling budgets and financial plans, maintaining standards of hygiene and health & safety, and strategizing for business growth. The General Manager will also be responsible for hiring and training staff, troubleshooting any issues that arise, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
