Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Wellness Associate to join our team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our members and guests and ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be detail-oriented, have sales experience, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet members and guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with information about their visit
- Check members and guests in and out efficiently while ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
- Handle cash transactions, including processing payments and managing the cash register.
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and readily available.
- Assist with appointment scheduling, cancellations, and modifications as needed.
- Collaborate with service providers to ensure member and guest satisfaction
- Supervise front desk operations during scheduled shift
- Sell memberships and partner with Members and Guests on their Pathway to Wellness
Skills
- Strong customer service skills to handle member and guest interactions positively and effectively.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Familiarity with retail math concepts is beneficial for inventory management tasks.
- Experience in sales, to sell memberships at a 20% closing rate.
- Proficient in customer service to ensure smooth front desk operations.
- Knowledge of cash register operations for efficient transaction management.
- Excellent phone etiquette to maintain professionalism during guest communications.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
