Your Role as a Sales Associate
As a Sales Associate, you’ll connect clients with the services and products that support their wellness goals. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Sales & Customer Service:
- Promote the value of Massage Envy memberships and services, and educate clients on retail products to enhance their experience.
- Convert guests to members and book future services to support their total body care journey.
- Client Engagement:
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and answering questions.
- Build lasting relationships with clients to foster loyalty and retention.
- Operational Excellence:
- Handle cash transactions, manage client records, and ensure the workspace remains clean and therapeutic.
- Uphold Massage Envy’s core values of optimism, gratitude, excellence, consistency, and empathy.
- Member Retention:
- Reach out to members via phone and email to ensure satisfaction and encourage continued engagement.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking candidates who are:
- Sales Superstars:
- Comfortable promoting services, memberships, and retail products. Previous sales experience is a plus.
- Customer Service Pros:
- Passionate about creating exceptional experiences and building relationships with clients.
- Smart and Tech-Savvy:
- Confident handling cash, using computers, and managing schedules. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Energetic and Flexible:
- Ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment and available for day, evening, and weekend shifts.
- Team Players:
- Work well with others in a fun, supportive, and dynamic workplace.
- Supporters of Wellness:
- Share a general knowledge of and enthusiasm for massage and skin care services.
