What a day looks like
- Over the phone and in-person customer service interactions
- Presenting and SELLING the wellness program (maintain 30% sales closing)
- Scheduling appointments and upselling enhancements and retail products
- Manage inventory processes
- Building empathetic relationships and connections with clients & co-workers
- Accepting constructive feedback in a professional manner that promotes growth
- Demonstrating and maintaining knowledge of all current service offerings and promotions
- Assist in maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment
