Job Description:
- Greet and assist customers with professionalism and warmth.
- Schedule appointments and manage our booking system.
- Process payments accurately through cash and credit card systems.
- Ensure therapists are set up for success each shift.
- Perform cleaning tasks including rolling towels, laundry, vacuuming, mopping, maintaining bathrooms, etc.
- Uphold company policies and protocols at all times.
- Participate in an AI-based sales training program, completing and submitting assignments to improve sales skills and stay up-to-date with best practices.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior sales and customer service experience preferred (pay rate based on experience)
- Must be willing to work weekends as well as day or evening shifts
- Must be open to learning and trying new sales approaches, including completing AI-based training assignments
- Must have a positive attitude, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset
- WEEKENDS ARE REQUIRED
