Requirements

- Operational Excellence: Demonstrated ability to oversee daily operations, including staff management, scheduling, inventory control, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Financial Acumen: Experience in managing budgets, analyzing profit and loss statements, and implementing strategies to achieve financial targets.
- Team Development: A track record of recruiting, training, and mentoring a diverse team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Customer Focus: Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, with the ability to resolve issues effectively and maintain high client satisfaction.
