Growth & Development:
This role is designed to prepare the individual for an Assistant Manager position by providing hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to all areas of clinic leadership and operations.
Qualified Candidates:
- Have prior leadership, supervisory, and/or sales experience, preferably in a personal service environment such as a spa, salon, gym, or hospitality setting
- Massage or wellness industry experience is a plus, but not required
- Demonstrate strong leadership potential with the ability to build relationships and positively influence others
- Are open to coaching and feedback and eager to learn all aspects of clinic operations
- Can participate in professional, respectful conversations — including performance and accountability discussions — with guidance and support
- Are passionate about helping create a positive workplace culture where employees feel valued, recognized, and connected to the clinic’s mission
Day-to-Day:
- Learn and support daily clinic operations, including membership growth, retail sales, team support, deposits, inventory management, and compliance with all applicable laws and brand standards
- Partner with the management team to set goals, prioritize tasks, and review business performance to support continuous improvement
- Assist in resolving guest and member concerns while maintaining a safe, professional, and therapeutic environment
- Support team development by helping reinforce expectations, participating in training, and observing performance feedback and coaching conversations
- Build strong, professional relationships with employees, members, and guests while developing leadership confidence and communication skills
