This is an ideal role for a strong communicator and problem-solver who loves structure, data, and collaboration—and isn’t afraid to jump in where needed.
What You’ll Do:
- Support and coach clinic managers and leadership teams across multiple locations
- Ensure operational consistency, policy compliance, and best practices
- Track and analyze performance metrics using Excel, Google Docs, and reporting tools
- Assist with scheduling, coverage, call-out tracking, and workflow efficiency
- Help drive sales, membership growth, and guest satisfaction
- Partner with leadership on training, onboarding, and accountability
- Communicate clearly and professionally with managers, teams, and ownership
What We’re Looking For:
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- A true team player who leads with empathy and accountability
- Computer-savvy and confident using:
- Microsoft Excel & Word
- Google Docs, Sheets, and shared calendars
- Excellent multitasker who can manage priorities across locations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Leadership or multi-unit management experience preferred (spa, retail, or service industry a plus)
