Requirements:
- Availability to work on weekends, including both Saturday and Sunday.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma (or equivalent) required; previous retail or sales experience is preferred.
- Must be comfortable in a sales-oriented environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task effectively.
- Critical thinking skills, including the ability to resolve customer conflicts.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure every client feels valued and understood.
- Educate clients about the benefits of Total Body Care, including new and expanded services, and promote the Massage Envy Wellness Program. Book future appointments and encourage retail purchases based on service provider recommendations.
- Support the clinic's operations by greeting clients, conducting pre/post-appointment discussions, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing client inquiries.
- Assist in building and maintaining a loyal client base through in-person interactions and phone outreach.
