The Assistant Manager will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service in a fast paced environment. The position requires the ability to multi-task, be organized, and have a strong work ethic.
Job Duties:
- Sell customized membership solutions to guests
- Provide outstanding customer service in a fast paced environment.
- Answer incoming calls and follow up with emails.
- Process orders in our computerized system.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer files and file documents appropriately.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous sales success is required

Pay: $38,000.00 - $44,000.00 per year
