Licensed Massage Therapist Responsibilities
- Provide professional therapeutic massage services tailored to client needs and preferences.
- Maintain a positive, client-centered attitude and deliver exceptional care.
- Collaborate with a large team of therapists; participate in knowledge sharing and service trades.
- Uphold clinic standards for cleanliness, sanitation, and a welcoming environment.
- Communicate clearly with clients about goals, contraindications, and aftercare.
- Manage session flow and punctuality; document services as required.
- Engage in ongoing education and skill development; participate in offered trainings.
- Contribute to a supportive, team-oriented culture.
Licensed Massage Therapist Requirements
- Licensed/Certified Massage Therapist (state-required credentials).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for caring for others.
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently within a team setting.
- Willingness to learn, collaborate, and share best practices with peers.
- Availability that supports flexible scheduling; ability to maintain consistent attendance.
- Commitment to hygiene, safety, and ethical standards.
- Preferred: existing client base and/or prior experience (compensation may reflect experience, availability, and clients brought).
