Hours are flexible, looking for someone during the week after 3pm and/or weekends
Please note I do take groupons and you must accept them (it’s a great way to get new clients) please feel free to ask me any questions that come up.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, and/or trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and occupational health treatments to meet individual client needs.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand specific concerns, medical histories, and treatment goals.
- Communicate clearly with clients to explain treatment plans, gather feedback, and ensure comfort throughout each session.
- Maintain detailed records of treatments provided, client progress, and any relevant medical terminology or pain management notes.
- Stay current with industry best practices and expand your skill set through ongoing education in physiology, anatomy knowledge, and new massage modalities
Qualifications
- Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist.
- Proven experience in massage therapy with expertise in Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, sports massage, and/or prenatal massage, and medical terminology.
- Strong knowledge of physiology and anatomy to accurately assess patient needs and tailor treatments accordingly.
- Excellent client communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Ability to build rapport quickly while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
- Passion for helping others achieve pain relief, relaxation, and improved mobility through skilled massage techniques.

Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
