The IT Co-op is 37.5 hour/week position that supports the work of the IT department. The IT Co-op will work with IT team members on various tasks and projects in a hybrid environment. Essential Functions
The IT Co-op is 37.5 hour/week position that supports the work of the IT department. The IT Co-op will work with IT team members on various tasks and projects in a hybrid environment. Essential Functions
- Assist the IT team with end-user technical support and projects as assigned
- Provide hands on deskside IT hardware troubleshooting and support, including peripherals
- Support IT Development and Business Analyst teams on tasks and projects regarding IT software development initiatives
- Provide support with IT asset inventory data and tracking
- Assist with MSBA application and website testing
- Create and update technical documentation
- Job shadowing with IT Team members
- Other tasks as assigned
Salary : $18 - $20
