Job Requirements
REQUIRED : High school diploma or equivalent; a minimum of three years of administrative or related experience; strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, and time-management skills; ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, maintain confidentiality, and exercise sound judgment; and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Dropbox, and similar business applications. PREFERRED : Bachelor’s degree; or understanding of MIT administrative processes.
