- Conducting 1:1 treatment sessions, each lasting 60 minutes, with a patient load of 36-37 weekly.
- Ensuring guaranteed 37 hours per week with approximately 20 hours dedicated to clinic and aquatic therapy.
- Completing approximately 3-4 hours of paid documentation time weekly.
- Experience in outpatient therapy, aquatic therapy, and working with diverse patient populations.
- Ability to manage a patient caseload effectively and document treatments thoroughly.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Providing high-quality outpatient therapy services in a dedicated aquatic setting.
- Managing patient care efficiently with no double bookings and sufficient treatment time.
- Handling licensing, credentialing, and documentation processes with support from specialized teams.
