- Ensure timely documentation and adherence to safe medication practices.
- Respond to changes in residents’ conditions and communicate effectively with families and interdisciplinary team members.
- Maintain compliance with facility policies and applicable regulations.
- Current Texas RN license.
- Strong clinical judgment and compassionate, team-focused approach.
- Prior long-term care or supervisory experience preferred.
