- Preparing patients for surgery and supporting them through the recovery process.
- Monitoring patient conditions, administering treatments, and ensuring safety in the postoperative setting.
- Educating patients and families about post-surgery care and discharge instructions.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License (or applicable state license).
- Current BLS certification, with ACLS and PALS certifications obtained within 90 days of hire.
- At least 1 year of nursing experience.
