- Supervising care and breathing treatments, conducting patient assessments, developing personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns.
- Building strong relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support recovery.
- Celebrating patient progress and victories throughout treatment.
- Current State License in Respiratory Therapy.
- CPR certification; ACLS preferred.
- Two years of hospital experience in Respiratory Therapy preferred.
