- Engage residents in daily activities and social interactions
- Assist with personal care routines such as bathing and hygiene
- Escort residents to meals, activities, and appointments
- Support residents with various daily needs
- STNA certification required for STNA roles; no certification needed for Resident Care Companion
- Experience in senior care is helpful but not mandatory
- Positive attitude, cheerful nature, and love for seniors are essential
- Various shifts including day, evening, and overnight
- Every other weekend and some holidays required
