- Requirements: Minimum of 1 year Operating Room experience
- Onboarding: Comprehensive orientation, ongoing support from preceptors and leadership
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelors Degree preferred
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program; B.S. in Nursing or related field preferred
- Current RN licensure required
- Minimum one year clinical nursing experience in an acute care setting required
- Knowledge of age-specific care and ability to interpret patient information to tailor care accordingly
- Previous leadership experience is a plus
