As an RN, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, utilizing technology, evidence-based practices, and team coordination.
Key responsibilities include addressing patients' physical and psychological needs, developing individualized treatment plans, ensuring quality care, supervising LPNs/CNAs, and adhering to hospital and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications include a BSN degree or equivalent experience, Montana RN license, and BLS certification. Preferred candidates have national practice certification.
Skills required include effective communication, teamwork, problem-solving, reading and interpreting medical documents, and manual dexterity for equipment operation. Physical demands involve lifting, walking, standing, and navigating busy environments.
