- Degrees from accredited occupational therapy programs (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D.).
- Oregon Occupational Therapist License upon hire.
- CPR certification (BLS) within 30 days of hire.
- Strong communication skills, clinical knowledge, and ability to work independently.
