Medical Scribe

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Scribe to join our healthcare team in Riverhead, NY. In this role, you will assist healthcare providers by accurately documenting patient encounters in real-time, ensuring comprehensive and efficient medical records.

• Record detailed notes during patient examinations, including medical history, physical findings, and treatment plans.
• Ensure all documentation complies with legal, regulatory, and facility standards.
• Assist with managing electronic health records (EHR) and ensure timely updates.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to facilitate smooth clinical workflows.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
