Seeking a Medical Oncologist to join a collaborative, multidisciplinary oncology program serving the Western Slope in a CoC-accredited cancer center located in the Colorado Rockies.
Key responsibilities include providing general medical oncology care with no subspecialty required, managing about 12–14 patients daily with more time for each, and participating in a two-physician model supported by strong APP and multidisciplinary teams.
The role is primarily outpatient with light, phone-based call, as inpatient care is handled by hospitalists. It offers an excellent work-life balance and the opportunity to shape and grow the regional program.
Qualifications include being Board Certified or Eligible in Medical Oncology or Hematology/Oncology, with a patient-centered, team-oriented approach.
Compensation & Benefits feature a base salary of $600K–$630K, total compensation over $665K, sign-on and relocation bonuses, CME, retirement match, full benefits, and unique perks such as ski access and wellness discounts. The employer is PSLF-eligible.
