- Providing general dermatology care with potential to incorporate cosmetic services based on experience and interest
- Managing an established patient base within a supportive, modern practice environment
- Working collaboratively with dedicated Medical Assistants to deliver quality patient care
- Maintaining a flexible schedule, typically 4–5 days per week, to promote work-life balance
- Utilizing advanced equipment such as lasers, PDT, and NB-UVB therapy
- Prior dermatology experience preferred
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Interest in cosmetic procedures is a plus
- Autonomy within a physician-led, collaborative practice with mentorship opportunities
- Supportive onboarding and training for APPs in dermatology
