The position offers flexible FTE options (0.75 or 1.0), with responsibilities including direct patient care, standard 15-minute visits, and procedure slots of 30-45 minutes based on preference. There are opportunities for cosmetic dermatology and reading dermatopathology. The clinic features on-site phototherapy treatments and immediate patient demand with a waitlist.
Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, patient-centered dermatologic care, participate in scheduling customization, and potentially manage dermatopathology. Contribute to a supportive team environment, with options to engage in cosmetic procedures and phototherapy services.
Qualifications & Skills: Board certification or eligibility in dermatology; new graduates are welcome. Strong clinical skills, teamwork, and a commitment to excellent patient care are essential.
Compensation & Benefits: Guaranteed base salary of $450,000 with potential total earnings exceeding $850,000 through production bonuses, plus signing bonus, relocation assistance, and CME allowance.
