Duties
- Lead and manage a team of associates to ensure efficient store operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Recruit, interview, and train new team members to build a skilled workforce.
- Organize daily tasks and schedules to optimize productivity and meet operational goals.
- Monitor team performance, providing feedback and coaching to enhance individual and group effectiveness.
- Collaborate with management to implement strategies that drive sales and improve store performance.
- Maintain an organized work environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, encouraging open communication among team members.
- This is mostly a PM shift and expected to work weekends.
Qualifications
- MUST HAVE CANNABIS RETAIL SUPERVSIORY EXPERENCE
- Proven leadership experience in a retail or grocery store environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and training staff members.
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers and team members.
